| Key Responsibilities |
Responsible for development and maintenance of new and existing Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and analysis solutions from the corporate systems.
• Writes technical specifications and participates throughout the project life cycle, from requirements to production implementation, with emphasis on development, testing and implementation of analytic reports and tools.
• Develops new solutions (reports, dashboards, applications) and objects which include creating new attributes and
Identifying the proper relationships, creating facts and metrics.
• Maintain current projects, which include optimizing projects, monitoring performance, and tuning.
• Verifies program logic by conducting unit tests.
• Assist the business systems analyst with occasional end user training on Hyperion Brio and/or MicroStrategy toolset.
• Participates in the systems testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot client issues, resolve client requests and provides day to day support for BI and DW applications.
• Participate in rotational production support of production systems. |
| Skills Required |
At least 3-4 years as a developer/analyst in a Data Warehouse area, in an analytical role with MicroStrategy report, cube, and dashboard development experience. In lieu of such, previous expertise with other Data Warehouse Business Intelligence tools will be considered with candidate's demonstrated ability to learn quickly.

| Key Responsibilities |
- Perform SAP R/3 basis administration, including user & printer setup, security & authorizations, batch jobs & spool management, etc.
- Implement SAP service packs and kernel updates in cooperation with the SAP Analysts/Developers
- Monitor and backup the systems on a daily basis
- Install, maintain and upgrade system hardware and network components
- Direct and establish policies and procedures for SAP system security
- Support LAN/WAN projects and other integration project
- Research new system technologies and propose implementation concepts |
| Skills Required |
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT systems environment
- Minimum 4+ years experience Unix Systems Administrator and SAP Basis Administration
- Hands-on experience with SAP administration, operation, performance monitoring and tuning
- Knowledge of J2EE / .NET environments helpful
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills desirable
